The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential—which is particularly important in today’s ever-changing landscape. Coaches honor the client as the expert in their own life and embrace the belief that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole.
Our worldview is the result of a combination of many different aspects: our past experiences, level of consciousness, perception of situations.
Each of us has a unique combination of all seven levels of energy which, in turn, creates your typical viewpoints, perceptions, and beliefs about life.
My principle approach in coaching is to help you become more aware of your energy levels under different situations, especially when you are stressed, and then to help shift this level to one where you see that there are actually more options, and hence feel happier and more at peace. In this way, we work together to co-create that goal or success you seek one step at a time. Think of me as your partner to support and hold you accountable to do what you want to do.
In this coaching process, learning about your energetic makeup can help you to reframe your perspective, shift your consciousness, and increase your energy level as a result. Discover your unique energetic makeup by taking an ELI Assessment!
The assessment is ranked by Forbes as a top assessment every executive should take.
To succeed, tech leaders need to deliver on product innovations both efficiently and responsively, while ensuring a DEI- centric culture that rewards and recognizes individuals. Solutions can arise through changes in culture, organization or processes.
Adopting Agile and choosing the right software architecture that fits desired characteristics should be
carefully calibrated and evolved with business changes and not just to meet engineering wants and fancies. The strategy to do this is often a team effort.
We want to learn to manage ourselves before we can manage others. Because we are the culmination of all our experiences and knowledge, facing life pressures and setbacks can easily become a daunting cycle if deep issues are left simmering.
Conflicts in relationships are part of life, but they are not necessarily unhealthy. We are all creatures with deep needs to
love and be loved, be it in personal or professional contexts. Improving our relationships can often be the seismic change needed for the success we seek.
I obtained my coach certification from IPEC and my ACC from ICF. I have written extensively about my professional experience as a leader and manager which you can find here, while the milestones are clearer through LinkedIn. I am also qualified to administer the ELI assessment. For the more technically inclined, my scientific contributions are here.
